Due to the instant nature of our service (analysis is generated immediately), we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing analysis delivery, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours for assistance.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You retain all ownership rights to the chat data you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyse your data solely for the purpose of providing our service.
All aspects of our service including design, code, algorithms, and branding are owned by ChitterChatter.Chat and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Service "As Is"
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analysis results are 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChitterChatter.Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (£2).
While we strive for accuracy, our AI-powered analysis may contain errors or misinterpretations. Results should be used for informational purposes only and not as a basis for important decisions without independent verification.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our service processes user-exported chat files independently. We do not access WhatsApp servers, APIs, or any Meta infrastructure. All data is provided voluntarily by users through WhatsApp's built-in chat export feature.
