How We Use Your Data

What We DON'T Do:

Data Retention & Anonymisation

30-Day Auto-Anonymisation

All personally identifiable information (PII) including names, phone numbers, and identifiable content is automatically anonymised after 30 days. After this period, we retain only anonymised statistical dimensions (similar to Google Analytics GA4) for service improvement.

What Happens After 30 Days:

  • Names replaced with anonymous identifiers (e.g., "User A", "User B")
  • Message content permanently deleted
  • Only aggregate statistics retained (message counts, timestamps, patterns)
  • No way to reverse the anonymisation process

Immediate Deletion:

You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will permanently delete all your data within 48 hours.

We do not access WhatsApp servers, APIs, or any Meta infrastructure. Our service processes chat export files that users voluntarily provide through WhatsApp's built-in export feature.
